Refund policy

At RIARA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, eligible jewelry items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note that items returned outside the 7-day window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
